What is "FSEC"?
It is a platform for monitoring food security in Tunisia set up by the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Fisheries (MARHP) presented by the National Observatory of Agriculture (ONAGRI) in collaboration with the World Food Programme (WFP).
How food security is monitored?
The platform tries to make available to the user a set of indicators on the level of food security in Tunisia. These indicators are collected from national and international organizations.
What is the "FSMS" tool?
FSMS: a food safety monitoring system. It is a tool to monitor the state of food security of vulnerable households in specific geographical regions of a country in order to enable the Government, WFP and other stakeholders to better anticipate, prepare and respond to future crises.
